Nuts for the 2012 Holiday Season

Proceeds go toward preservation of the Maple Street Chapel.

All nuts are fresh from Terri Lynn, Inc.

Print form, and mail in with check.
Orders must be received with payment by October 30th.

Alternatively, you may phone your order in and pay by credit card
With this option, you still pick up
your order at First Church November 20th.
To order by phone, be sure you know all types and quantities as shown on the order form, and call 630-627-0171, mailbox "0",
and leave a message.
When called back, be also prepared to give
credit card information for payment.

Orders should be picked up at
First Church of Lombard 220 South Main St., Lombard, IL
on Sunday November 20th.
