Every cent contributed by members of the Friends of the Maple Street Chapel Society goes to help with the repair, maintenance, and preservation of the Maple Street Chapel.  No money designated for the Chapel is ever diverted to First Church of Lombard or any of its ministries, personnel, or programs.

For more than 20 years, the Maple Street Chapel Preservation Committee, which has now been incorporated as the Maple Street Chapel Preservation Society, has been managing the Maple Street Chapel as a separate and independent organization.  All membership fees for the Friends of the Maple Street Chapel Society are tax-deductible and are eligible for corporate matching funds.
