THE MAPLE STREET CHAPEL

Recent Maintenance & Improvements

1. Battery-backup sump pump and backup generator to protect us from flooding and run the heating system during power failures

2. Re-roofing, including chimney restoration

3. Permanent wiring of sound system and spotlights

4. We had preventative maintenance done to the steeple.  The majority of this was financed by a grant from the DuPage Community Foundation.

5. We received a generous grant from the DuPage Community Foundation in 2010.  This enabled us to make several improvements, the main one being that we will be able to build a new
porch roof over the southwest entrance.
